The Grill Restaurant is located at Gin & Juice rooftop Mumbles, where the fine-dining terrace is separated from the main Gin & Juice venue, creating an exclusive experience.
With outstanding views of Oystermouth Castle and the beautiful Mumbles seafront, the Grill is elegant, glamorous and perfect for that special occasion.

Chef Jake and his talented team have created a menu featuring fresh fish and seafood of the highest quality.
Our beef is from farms in Wales. All are certified and raised on pasture. The signature Butcher's Block Cuts are huge steaks designed for sharing. These range from 1kg-1.4kg Tomahawks & T-Bone, to the prized Chateaubriand at 700g.
An international selection of wine awaits, from Chateneuf De Pape to Chablis Premier Cru from France or Viognier from Chilli and Rioja from Spain. Our list is curated.
From the Champagne we present Dom Perignon & Moët Chandon.
Our Rosé selection is Californian and Provance.

Chateaubriand: Lean & tender cut and is most prized for its melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Tomahawk: This juicy cut is unique in its size and marbling. Flame-grilled bone-on for maximum flavour and depth.
T-bone: Cut from the short loin with two different steaks attached to the bone. Lean fillet on one side, juicy Sirloin on the other, and flame-grilled on the bone.
The Grill restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30-pm to 9.30-pm for food. We strongly recommend booking a table in advance.
We will hold your table for 15 minutes post time of booking. We can not guarantee it beyond that point.
Time spent in good company is best accompanied by great food, amazing drinks and undiluted pleasures, where classic cocktails sit alongside original recipes, united by mindful practices and the highest quality ingredients.
Our alcohol license stipulates guests under 18 cannot dine at The Grill Restaurant or be within Gin & Juice mumbles after 9pm.
We are a cashless venue, card payment only. We do not accept American Express.

From February 19th, Sunday Lunch at The Grill is a mouth-watering occasion featuring a selection of prime beef, succulent chicken and a guest cut of tender pork or seasonal Welsh Lamb, all expertly roasted to perfection.
The juicy meat is accompanied by a giant Yorkshire pudding, savoury duck fat-roasted potatoes, tender roasted carrots, crisp greens, and a generous helping of onion gravy.

We proudly present The Ultimate sharing platter for 2 people to share, featuring three portions of meat served with a selection of classic accompaniments overflowing on a platter.
Be sure to save room for The Grill restaurant's signature dessert selection.
NB: During busy lunchtime periods we may require your table to be returned after 2 hours.
A dining slot of 2.5 hours is allocated for each table.
Therefore we may require your table back after the 2.5 hours have elapsed.
However, Gin & Juice is open until late, and we are delighted to accommodate you there to continue the evening.
