The gin maestros at Bombay Sapphire have dialled things up a notch or two with this bolder, small batch version of their signature style. The flavour is akin to its more established sibling but the 10 core botanicals are more pronounced, having been slowly distilled to bring out the rich aromas and intense flavours, with the added dimension of two more tasty botanicals - Italian Bergamot orange peel and Ecuadorian Ambrette seed. It's bottled at a higher 47.5% ABV, ensuring it stands out from the crowd, yet despite the higher alcohol content this is still one very smooth, high-quality gem of a gin.
