The Gin Del Professore Monsieur range of spirits is the brainchild of The Jerry Thomas Project - a group of bartenders who in 2010 decided to open a small club in the heart of Rome in which colleagues, spirit passionate, curious and industry representatives could meet and share their expertise and knowledge. This bar is known as the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy (named after the famous 19th century American bartender who popularised cocktails), and was actually the first Italian “secret bar”. Partnering with Italian distillery Antica Distilleria Quaglia to produce the Del Professore range, the Monsieur range was released as the second expression. With its rich blend of herbs and spices, Gin Monsieur embodies the finest Italian herbal tradition.Juniper, Orange, Angelica, rose and camomile create and uncommon fin with lively floral notes, in an authentic "speakeasy" style.
