One of the first craft spirits in the U.S., Death's Door gin is somewhat of a contradiction. Boldly named yet ever so simple in its composition, using just the three botanicals of juniper berries, coriander and fennel seeds that are locally sourced from it's American homeland of Washington Island, Wisconsin. It's a powerful and full-bodied yet smooth, balanced London Dry gin that's distinctly flavoured - spicy on the nose and citrusy on the palate, with a cooling finish. Impressive and delicious.
