Originating in Bruinisse, a small fishermen's village in the Netherlands, this gin uses organic, homegrown Black Tomatoes which are apparently high in healing anthocyanen. The distillery faces the clear waters of the Oosterschelde - which is the biggest National park in the Netherlands, providing a few small drops of salty sea water to each bottle of gin. Apart from the juniper and black tomatoes, the botanicals are kept a close secret by the distillers. This is a bold and robust gin, that's well balanced between sweet and savoury flavours. Definitely worth a try!
